I'm originally from the Midwest, specifically Peoria, Illinois, but I've been living it up on the west coast for most of my life. Can you believe I went to college right near the State Farm Headquarters? But little did I know that I'd end up as an Agent for State Farm when I started my business way back in 1989. It's been a wild ride, and working for State Farm has become more than just a job - it's become a lifelong career that I absolutely love!

But that's not all I do. I've got this awesome passion for teaching beginning English and helping folks prepare for their citizenship. For the past 8 years, I've been teaching on Saturday mornings, and let me tell you, it's been a blast! It's so rewarding to see all those amazing individuals obtain their U.S. Citizenship and improve their English skills. I'm proud to be a part of their journey.

Now, let me tell you about my awesome family. It all started with my husband and our daughter. But guess what? We decided to foster two teenagers from overseas - one from China and the other from Syria. Boom! Just like that, our family went from three to five in no time. And of course, we can't forget our four-legged dog rescues, Mushu and Hazel. They complete our little crew perfectly!

The know the important part about my business is the impact I can make on a daily basis by helping customers. I always have their interests in mind, even if I can't assist them with their insurance needs right away. I know I've got a pretty solid chance of winning their business down the line. Building those relationships is what it's all about!

Oh, and here's a little something extra - I provide free notary services to anyone who needs them, whether they're a customer or not. It's just one more way I can add value to the community and help folks out.
